DECODE Mindset ("we", "us", "our") operates the website decodemindset.com and the associated online course platform. We are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about what we collect and how we use it.

We collect the following information when you use our platform:

  • Account information — your name, email address, and password when you register
  • Profile information — date of birth, phone number, country, and profile photo if you choose to provide them
  • Course activity — your lesson progress, Daily Debrief responses, and Aha Moment uploads
  • Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details
  • Usage data — how you interact with the platform, including video watch sessions

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and personalise your course experience
  • Track your progress through the course
  • Send you course-related notifications (lesson unlocks, completion confirmations)
  • Process payments and manage enrollments
  • Respond to your support requests
  • Improve the platform based on usage patterns

4. How we store your data

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. Video files and uploads are stored on Cloudflare R2. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing [email protected].

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe — payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy)
  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and file storage
  • Brevo — transactional email delivery

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies — only those necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
